Really disappointed with the quality. Thought home service would be great. First date no one showed, then car was left with broken glass through it, black silicone marks left on the interior and bulges around the wind screen.

Can’t complain about service if you don’t get any. Can’t even be bothered to answer the phone!!! What a joke !!!

Had a pretty urgent insurance claim set through these guys. Called first thing Monday morning to be told they’ll call me back once they check if they have the glass in stock or if it needs to be ordered in, but didn’t get a call back. So called again and they said they’re going to order the glass in and they’ll call me back on an estimated time to come in, they were assuming it would be delivered the next day. Never got a call back. so, again, I called a few hours later. They still didn’t know when it’ll be in, whether it was tomorrow morning or afternoon and said they’d definitely call me back but, again, didn’t. So I called again the next morning to be told that they can’t find the order and they’ll definitely call me back in the next few minutes, but didn’t receive a call back for two hours. Then we were finally told that they don’t know where the order is, it may not get in until Friday but could be as long as two weeks like other situations.Absolutely no communication, blatantly lying about estimated times to get a repair and such poor customer service skills. We’ve cancelled our insurance claim through them so never even got our window fixed with them.

Worst than u can imagine... no phone response, no calls they gave time and didn't turn up, end up staying home waiting for them whole day. Came next day and pull off car screen and realised they don't have right one, put old one back and left me with same broken glass, blaming insurance company. I would never ever recommend or use them even they offer free glass replacement. Told my Insaurance provider and ask them to get someone. Waist of one week just for simple glass replacement.

An insurance job on my daughters windscreen, terrible job can hear wind coming in through the edges of the windscreen, asked multiple times to have it repaired, and nothing happened they were extremely rude ended up reporting them to insurer and having the windscreen repaired with different company. Would NOT recommend.

Great service. Came in thinking I might need a whole new windscreen but was given great (free) advice even though it meant them turning down business I would have unnecessarily paid for.

Cheaper than the competition. Replaced my 180sx Nissan windscreen. 1995 model with original glue installation. Professionally removed and installed new seals and glass. Very humble and kind and upfront. Saved 70 bucks compared to obrien or Rockingham windows.

Avanti Autoglass installed a new windscreen to my Isuzu through my insurer. The turnaround was quick (2 days from my claim to having a booking with them to do the work). They turned up on time, at my workplace, and the technician Brad did a nice job. Very quick and tidy. Could not possibly ask for more. I paid my small excess over the phone with Rosie, and she was polite and emailed me a receipt straight after.I would definitely use Avanti again, whether it was an insurance job or not.

Had claims booked with this company on two occasions through my insurance company.Unfortunately the Tradesman had very poor communication skills, not being able to give me an exact time and date of when the job would be done on both occasions, later pushing back the dates to the following week.Told them I couldn't leave my car with a broken window over the weekend as I work in an area where there is no CCTV to monitor the parking area.Was then told there was nothing they could do...Feels like they can't be bothered and don't take their customers' needs all that seriously, both times showing no sense of urgency.Don't know how they manage to run a business, having such a lack of urgency to cater to the needs of their clientele.Do yourselves a favour and take your business to a more reputable company.

I ordered a windscreen replacement with Avanti glass via Hyundai. One full day without my car so they could replace it but showed up with the wrong glass. A second full day without my car and they refuse to replace the glass. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY
